Hourly rates and 2-hour minimums will be discounted and adjusted for non-profit organizations.

All jobs will have an initial fee which covers up to 2 hours of work time. Any additional time over the 2-hour mark will be billed in 15-minute increments at the standard hourly rate.

Mileage is charged at the current Federal Mileage Reimbursement Rate to and from the assignment(s).

All necessary job-related expenses relating to parking, tolls, or other, that are unable to be validated will be added to the invoice for reimbursement.

Any job over 1 hour requires an additional qualified (team) interpreter unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon.

If there is no qualified team interpreter, the job will be considered canceled with insufficient notice and regular billing rates apply. If the need for a team interpreter is not disclosed and an exception is made to provide services, the hourly rate will be doubled in accordance with industry standards.

Payments are due 30 days after the initial invoice has been submitted.

A late fee of 10% will be added to the invoice for each week payment is overdue.

Cancelations or Reschedules require notification 48 hours prior to assignment start time to avoid being billed for the originally contracted hours to be paid in full.
